By accessing or using Barrage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use Barrage.

2. Description of Service

Barrage is a user interface tool designed to help generate configuration files for Artillery™ performance testing. Barrage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Artillery™ or Artillery Software Inc. in any way. Artillery™ is a trademark of Artillery Software Inc.

3. Disclaimer of Responsibility

Barrage is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not take any responsibility for issues, errors, or problems that may arise from using Barrage or the configurations generated by it.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all configurations against the official Artillery™ documentation before use. We strongly recommend that users thoroughly test any configuration in a non-production environment before deploying to production systems.

Barrage does not guarantee that the configurations generated will work correctly with all versions of Artillery™ or in all environments. Users must ensure compatibility with their specific Artillery™ version and environment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Barrage, its creators, operators, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
  • Damages relating to any performance testing conducted using configurations generated by Barrage
  • Damages resulting from system overload, crashes, or other technical issues
  • Damages to production systems or environments
  • Any other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Barrage

5. User Responsibilities

Users of Barrage agree to:

  • Always verify configurations against the official Artillery™ documentation before use
  • Test all configurations in a non-production environment before deploying to production
  • Monitor performance tests carefully to prevent unintended system overload
  • Take full responsibility for the consequences of running performance tests
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to Artillery™ that may affect configuration compatibility

6. Intellectual Property

Barrage and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding any content or functionality related to Artillery™) are owned by the creators of Barrage and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Artillery™ and all related trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Artillery Software Inc. Barrage does not claim any ownership or rights over Artillery™ or any properties of Artillery Software Inc.

Users of Barrage are responsible for ensuring that their use of Artillery™ complies with Artillery Software Inc.'s terms of service and licensing agreements.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of Barrage after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Germany, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
